What sizes of prints and greeting cards are available?

We offer the following sizes of landscape and portrait prints: 8"x20", 16"x20" & 20"x30". Our greeting cards are portrait or landscape at 5"x7" (actual size is 4.75"x7").

What kind of quality can I expect from the prints?

All prints, 8x20 and larger, are printed from high resolution images and are printed on Genuine HP Paper using Genuine HP Inks. The result is a high print quality that is superior to any store bought print.

What is the difference between the types of prints that are offered?

Gloss and Matte Prints consist of paper that is 190 g/m2 weight, supporting vibrant colors and superior fade resistance.

Premium Gloss and Matte Prints consist of paper that is 260 g/m2 weight with unrivaled image quality and 150+ years light fade resistance.

Fine Art Matte Prints consist of HP Matte Litho-Realistic Paper that is 270 g/m2 weight with masterful color matching; vivid colors; rich blacks for exceptional contrast; the look and feel of heavy, matte offset paper; and has a 150+ year light fade resistance.

Fine Art Photo Prints consist of HP Professional Satin Photopaper that is 300 g/m2 weight, ideal for printing exceptional photographs with vivid, true-to-life colors, rich blacks and sharp details with 200 years light fade resistance.

Will I have to pay subscription fees or any additional charges?

No, there are no monthly subscription fees or any additional charges. You only pay the price of your items, applicable sales tax, and shipping & handling.

Can I buy products outside of the U.S.?

You can purchase our products from outside of the U.S., however you must have a valid U.S. billing address.

What should I do if I'm having trouble ordering online?

You can always contact us, including a telephone number where we can reach you and we would be happy to take your order over the phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, all purchases from this site will be subject to state and local sales tax where applicable. Sales tax is determined on a state-by-state basis. The amount of tax, if any, is shown during checkout if your order will be mailed to your home. For orders picked up at retail, your final sales tax, if any, will be calculated when you pay at the retail store.

I added something to my cart but it remains empty without any error message.

Your Internet Explorer browser settings might be limiting the cookies that are required to keep track of the items you added to your cart. To correct this follow these steps:

For Internet Explorer:

  • Within Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, then Privacy tab.

My credit card was not accepted/has expired. What should I do?

What is your Return Policy?

We apologize for any inconvenience, however we do not offer credits, refunds, or accept returns. If the item you received is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, the item may be exchanged for your originally ordered item only.

The product I received is damaged or is not what I ordered.

If what you received is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact Customer Support with your name, order number, and issue within 21 days of receiving your order. They will review your situation and proceed from there.

Can I cancel an order?

Once you have made a purchase, you cannot cancel the order. Our automated fulfillment system starts working for you immediately after you place your order and begins the delivery process.

Get It 2 Ways

You can have your order delivered by mail to a specified shipping address or pick it up at a retailer store near you (if available). During checkout, simply select either "Pick up In Store" or "Ship Your Order".

Pick Up In Store

How can I pick up my order at a store near me?

During checkout, search for a pick-up location near you by entering your zip code. Select the store, then check-out. Print your order confirmation and take it with you to the store. Payment is not received when you place your order, so don't forget your wallet!

Which stores are available?

Meijer stores offer the option of pick up at retail. During checkout, enter your zip code to see if there is a local Meijer store near you for pickup.

Which products are available to be picked up at retail?

Matte prints and 5x7 matte greeting cards are available for pickup at select stores. Print finish type may vary by store. Prints that you pick up in store may have a thin white margin. Greeting cards that you pick up in store will have a thin white margin.

How much do products cost at Meijer?

When do I pay for an order to be picked-up?

You'll pay for your order when you pick it up in the store. Sales tax may be applied when you pick up your order.

How long will it take to print my order in a store?

  • Orders placed by 9am will be ready by noon.
  • Orders placed by noon will be ready by 3pm.
  • Orders placed by 3pm will be ready by 6pm.
  • Orders placed by 6pm will be ready by 9pm.
  • Orders placed after 9pm will be ready by noon the next day.

Ship Your Order

Can I ship products outside of the U.S.?

At this time, we can only ship to U.S. based addresses, including APO/FPO addresses. We currently cannot ship to U.S. Territories or international.

What are the shipping options?

We ship standard, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Overnight. Fees will vary depending on the quantity of items you order and the shipping option you use.

Has my order shipped? How can I tell?

Our high-quality prints are printed on demand when you order them. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment. Shipping times will vary.

If you ordered as a Registered User: You can check the status of your order in the "My Purchases" section of your account. Alternately, you can contact Customer Support with your name and order number.

If you ordered as a Guest: Please contact Customer Support with your name and order number.

How can I track my order shipment?

If you ordered expedited shipping (FedEx2nd Day or Overnight), you will receive a shipping tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email. Follow the link to check the status of your shipment.

I never received my order, what should I do?

Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days and take an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, please contact Customer Support with your order number.

Information on Frames

What are your frames made of?

We offer an Eco-Friendly wood composite frame and an aluminum frame.

What size frames do you offer?

We offer the following frame sizes:

If I order a mat, does the frame size increase so I can still see the full print?

Yes, the frame size increases when a mat is added as shown in the table above. The mat opening overlaps the print by ¼” on each edge.

Why did my price increase when I selected a mat?

In addition to adding a mat, the frames size increases by 4” in length and width due to the 2" border the mat provides. This also increases the size of the backing and Plexiglas which all add to the overall frame cost.

What is included with my frame?

Our framed prints are delivered with the print mounted in the frame including a foam core backing, Plexiglas cover, and mounting hardware. The print is ready to hang on the wall when it is removed from the packaging.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Framed prints are typically processed in 4-6 business days and take an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, please contact Customer Support with your order number.

How will my framed print be packaged and will it prevent damage during shipping?

Framed prints are very well packaged with multiple layers of protection. Shipping damage is rare. If your framed print was damaged in shipping please contact Customer Support with your order number.

Customize Your Order

How do I customize images for my order?

Use the green Customize button on any print or greeting card detail page. You can customize graphics by dragging thumbnail images from the scrolling box at the top into the product outline below. Drag the thumbnail image over one of the graphics in the print or greeting cards. The old graphic will swap out, and the new graphic will display.

How do I customize text for my order?

Double-click any text you can see inside the product outline. A window will pop up with rich text editing controls. You can write your own message, and change the text's font, color and alignment.

How do I confirm my changes before I purchase?

Use the Preview button to see and confirm your changes. If you want to make more changes, use the Back button. If you're satisfied, use the Done button. You'll return to the product detail page, where can add your customized print or greeting card to your cart.

How do I save my customized product?

After customizing and previewing the changes to your product (see above questions), select the Save customized product link above the Add to Cart button. You must be logged in to a youneek.com account to save a customized product to your account.

How do I purchase or edit a saved product?

After logging into youneek.com, select the My Account link in the header at the top of the page. Then select My Saved Products in the left-hand column of the page. To view, edit or order a previously saved product, select the title link of the product you are interested in. Proceed to customize and/or add the product to your cart.
